Listings and Pending Sales Remain High
Activity across our communities has quieted. Leaves are slowly beginning to change and the transition to the winter season is upon us. While we make the shift, there remain many local activities and events to look forward to (see below). Autumn is a favorite time of year and whether you are here or can make a trip out to see the colors in late September, it is always a show worth taking time to enjoy.
Our real estate market continues to impress with activity still high. Listings and pending sales remain near their peak for the year and interest rates have declined in a meaningful way, which has spurred activity throughout the area. While July and August transactions were sluggish, we expect September and October to be busy given the new listing and pending sales volume.
